Instructions
You will have 45 minutes to complete as many of the following activities as possible. It is expected that you may not be able to complete all of them. You can complete them in any order that you prefer.
Exercise #1
You will be provided with a list of tasks that you might be responsible for in a given day. Review the list and then place the tasks in the order that you would complete them. Once you have done so, please provide a brief rationale for the choices you have made about how to prioritize.
Exercise #2
In this exercise we would like you to explain how you would handle a donor complaint and what steps you would take. You will need to outline your actions, and then draft a response to the donor.
Exercise #3
For this exercise, you will be provided with a sample excel data set that is being prepared for an annual renewal mailing for donors who gave in the last five years. You will need to find inaccuracies, and segment the donors into groups based on their previous giving.
Exercise #4
A student group needs help with a crowdfundraising project landing page. In this exercise, you will reorganize the information they provide into a format more appropriate for crowdfundraising.
